I have a bumper sticker on my truck that says "Politically Incorrect And Proud Of It"
Political correctness is a philosophy that avoids absolute truths and is based on deceit. Do not let your views and opinions be censored by some life winger's idea of what you should think and feel. Those who promote "political correctness" do so in an attempt to influence and brainwash the masses in what they should think.
If they have their own opinions and these opinions do not agree with what is deemed to be politically correct; then they want you to feel that is must be wrong. Do not fall for this trap. Censorship of ideas and opinions is a threat to the very bowels of American life.

These same "politically correct people" wouldn't dare call a terrorist, a Nation of Islam leader, or an American-hating Arab, politically incorrect.
But you, as an American, are led to believe that you are wrong for any opinions you express that are not deemed politically correct.

I've been thinking a lot lately about the latest protests and trying to
listen to find out what they are actually protesting and it seems like
the main theme is a pro-socialist movement by many of the protesters.
Why I certainly support their right to protest, I am seeing, for the most part, total ignorance and lack of any economic knowledge on the part of the protesters.
All this talk about greed and corporate greed in
my opinion is misleading and misdirected.

Their protest should be aimed at government leaders and not at people and businesses that actually create things that pay all the taxes that support our government. Government regulations cost more jobs than any other factor in the business world. These regulations cut into everyone's pay checks in the form of lost productivity and wages.
And what many people fail to even consider is that these heads of corporations are for the most part paid very well as are Doctors, Lawyers, Engineers, and many other professions that took much study and lots of hard work to excel in.
The protesters don't realize that while they were partying in the bars every night or pursuing their degree in French Poetry and Art that these highly paid people were either on the job learning or pursuing a useful degree and then working their butts off for years on end and weren't out there following the Grateful Dead from town to town or perched up in the local watering hole as one of your drinking buddies. They didn't have time for such things.
These corporate heads are the brightest business minds in the world. These people have sacrificed greatly to get where they are and the really "greedy" people are the ones that are envious of their success and want to take what others have earned.
Through out the history of the world it has shown over and over that socialist societies just do not work and eventually the people are just slaves of the government and the majority in poverty. Some early settlements that were the beginning of this country's foundations tried the "all-share" socialist approach and it almost wiped them out as everyone almost starved to death because nobody produced anything. The experiment was a total failure as has been every socialist experiment since the beginning of time.
Give a person the freedom to keep what they earn results in higher standards of living for the population in general. So I am pointing the finger right back at the pro-socialist and Obamanics and saying you are really the "greedy" ones. You are the ones wanting something for nothing. You are the ones wanting to take what others have earned. You are the definition of greed.
A question for the people that want to turn the USA into a socialist nation...
Why do people in socialist government countries risk their lives to defect to countries with capitalistic forms of government? If socialism is so great like you advocate that it is, then why are people not packing up and leaving in droves to get into a country that has a socialist system?
The True Agenda of Obama's "Change" is coming to light and it ain't pretty!
In the "Occupy" movement we are seeing the real agenda of Obama's promised "Change" policies. It's really nothing new, just a push advocating socialism.
It's born of ignorance, greed, and hypocrisy. Is it not greed to want to be handed wealth created by others? They say down with Capitalism! Capitalism is evil!
At the same time, are they not wanting to be given the wealth created by that same demonic capitalism? If capitalism is so evil then why do you want what it produces? They want to redistribute wealth created by a capitalist economy but are they prepared to share the poverty created by "socialistic" forms of government? Socialism makes people slaves of the state and instead of the sharing any wealth; they will share in the poverty.

The Philosophy Of Liberalism

Aww the enlightened Liberal. The so called educated. The philosophy of
tolerance and all inclusion.
What? Are you kidding me? Most liberals I know are the least tolerant and the most bigoted people I have ever seen. (Excluding my niece Shandy, as she's in a whole other class) What's that you say? Why do you say that? For one thing liberals are usually the first to start calling people names, lunatic, lunatic fringe, rednecks.... Anyway, is this what you would call tolerance? Not exactly what I would call tolerance. So right there is the first fault in this philosophy. You are tolerant not to all but just those that might share your ideals.
Bigoted, you say? Surely not. Let me explain, you would have no tolerance whatsoever of a white kid pulling up to the convenient store with country music blasting and a confederate flag front bumper tag, you would look down your nose in disgust.
Let a kid pull up with an African Flag tag with vulgar rap music blaring so loud the clerk can't hear a customer and your going to tolerate that because you don't want to offend this person.
That is just as bigoted and racist as the worst bigots there are. You will tolerate a Muslim. Oh don't offend them! Even though they hate you for the simple fact that you are an infidel, but you tolerate it. You have no tolerance for a Christian even though they don't hate you and don't want to kill you like the Muslim, but you don't care if you offend them or not.
Do you treat a people of
different sexual preferences or people of a different race with kid gloves on so
as to make sure you don't offend them? If you do, you just displayed that you
discriminate. So in reality you are not really so tolerant and open minded are
you? Well this philosophy is breaking down quickly as being no different from the
ones you so look down on. You want more government social programs when most of
these programs just enslave the very people you want to help. You really don't
want to help them, you want someone else to do it and at someone else's expense.
So until you stop calling people names, favoring one religion over another, treating one race different from another, and start embracing all ideologies then you are not really liberal. But by doing all this mentioned above then you have to become wishy-washy because there are so many conflicting ideas and cultures that if you embrace all of them like a good true liberal should, then you stand for nothing. A world of no absolute right or wrongs, good or evil, truth or fiction. Liberalism just does not hold up as a liveable philosophy.
