is the Creator, Executive Producer & Cast Member of the
politically incorrect Chattanoogaville reality television series that's
about politics and sports. Melanie graduated from Carson Newman with a
BA degree in Communications. Melanie is a former college softball
player, a first place Associated Press award winning sportscaster and she lives &
breathes politics.
The Chattanoogaville television reality series is about small town American
Patriots who use their humor and political incorrectness to raise
hell, anger liberal Democrat and big government Republican
politicians, travel all over the countryside, discuss sports, expose the
TRUTH about the screwed up bureaucracy in Washington DC and investigate serious issues affecting America in a negative way.
Melanie
was born and raised in Chattanooga, Tennessee and grew up playing all
sports but her favorite was fast-pitch softball. Melanie was a left
handed windmill pitcher and her summers were spent on the softball
fields around the southeast. Melanie won several Tennessee state
championships and southeast regional titles in fast-pitch softball and
she says; "those were some of the best days of my life because playing
softball taught me how do deal with life situations in a positive way
and gave me productive skills to handle the real world."
Melanie
says; "one of the best decisions I ever made was transferring to Gibbs
High School located in Knoxville, Tennessee". A question that Melanie is
asked a lot is; "did you graduate from the same Gibbs High School as
country music star Kenny Chesney?"...Melanie's answer is "Yes". While
attending Gibbs; Melanie received a fast-pitch softball scholarship
from Carson Newman. During her softball career at CNC; Melanie won many
awards including Most Valuable Player, 110 Percent Player of the Year
Awards, 3-Time winner of first-team All Region, All District and All
Tournament. Melanie graduated with a BA degree in Communications from
Carson Newman College.
Melanie
is a first place Associated Press award winning sportscaster. Melanie
has several years of television experience as a sports anchor, reporter
and producer. Melanie worked at WSB-TV ch2 in Atlanta for four football
seasons and worked at other television stations in Tennessee and Texas
as a weekend sports anchor and reporter.
Even though Melanie loves sports; her true passion is politics. Melanie
admits she loves to debate politics and says "I tend to make liberal
Democrats angry because I'm a Conservative but that's alright; I enjoy
the political debate even though they sometimes get a little fiery." Melanie says "I've always admired and respected Ronald Reagan's political philosophy and he is still my political hero".
Melanie
is an athlete and loves sports; but she also considers herself as a
political geek because she loves to watch debates. Melanie says; "Yes, I
can watch sports all day but, I sometimes get bored because anyone can
sit and analysis a game but, not everyone can debate politics in an
intelligent manner. I love to hear both sides of the political isle
debate the issues that are affecting America; now that to me is
extremely interesting and I always learn something."
Melanie enjoys debating politics, watching sports, SEC college football, working out, reading, writing, music and gardening.
